Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for mail distribution, copying, scanning, filing, and shipping via FedEx. You will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and storing information in both paper and digital forms. The role also requires offering ad hoc support as needed, necessitating excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, proficiency with computers, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
+ Provide general administrative support to team members.
+ Serve as the main point of contact for mail distribution and handle tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, and shipping.
+ Prepare, organize, and store information in both paper and digital formats.
+ Deliver ad hoc support to the team as necessary.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in an administrative support role within the last year.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Automotive or finance background or understanding is a plus.
+ Demonstrated good job tenure with no more than three jobs in the past five years.
Work Environment
This is an in-office position, requiring a professional manner and approach.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
