Job Description
Join our dynamic and fast-growing Finance department as a Financial Analyst. We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on finance professional who thrives in an, entrepreneurial environment. As a Financial Analyst, you will support our Merchant Services Finance team by providing financial and operational analysis to enhance the efficiency and predictability of our Seller Support Contact Centers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
+ Support internal customer groups and controller in all finance and accounting matters including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and control.
+ Collaborate with functional leaders and finance partners to develop scalable financial processes and business metrics.
+ Provide financial and business analysis to site leaders and business partners, including cost-saving and process improvement recommendations.
+ Assist in strategic operational planning processes, addressing identified risks and opportunities for the business team.
+ Write systems queries to gather finance data and perform data-mining and analysis using tools such as MS Excel, Cognos/Essbase, and SQL.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field (Master's preferred).
+ 5+ years of relevant finance experience.
+ Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Summits.
+ 5-8 years of financial analysis experience as a Financial Analyst.
+ Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal capabilities, particularly in persuasive writing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
+ Advanced analytical skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience with SQL is a strong plus.
+ Comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to senior management.
Work Environment
The role involves a combination of independent work and collaboration with specific business partners. You'll report to a manager who provides guidelines and holds weekly one-on-one meetings. The team consists of seven members, and you will be the eighth, contributing to covering L6 job responsibilities on the NA Flex finance team. The culture emphasizes strategic partnership and direct influence over business decisions. The work environment requires the use of technologies such as MS Excel, SQL, and Quicksight, with a focus on turning complex financial issues into digestible content for leadership.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $53.00/hr.
