Fully Remote Payroll Specialist Opening! Workday Experience Preferred!!

Job Description

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to engage in two significant data reconciliation projects: Time/pay detail and Seniority hours. The position involves reviewing employee time details and calculating discrepancies between recorded timecards and actual payable hours. Additionally, you will focus on support, analysis, testing, and reporting for Workday records, ensuring data quality by understanding system configurations and reviewing contractual information for worker records.

Responsibilities

+ Review employee time details and calculate payable hours versus recorded timecards.

+ Support, analyze, test, and report on Workday records by understanding system configurations.

+ Ensure the quality of data and review contractual information for worker records.

Essential Skills

+ 3-7 years of HR support experience in payroll.

+ Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.

+ Problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with Workday and Payroll systems.

+ Self-starter mentality.

+ Kronos experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility in location. The ideal candidate resides in Minnesota, as there is potential for full-time hiring post-contract. However, applications are welcome from candidates residing in any state.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $31.00/hr.
