Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s TFS Legal Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Toyota Leadership Academy Analyst-Collegiate Engagement.
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist with effective communication, implementation, and measurement of the Collegiate Engagement (CE) strategy in collaboration with university administration, volunteers, Toyota Team Members, and community partners involved with the growth of the CE initiative. This role is tasked with cultivating relationships with institutions/organizations by working to achieve our sustainable development goals through coordinating programs focused on leadership development, discovering pathways to success, and providing various resources. Reporting to the Toyota Leadership Academy Manager, the person in this role will support the Legal department's objective with developing the leadership skills of potential talent and assisting with the career progression of current team members.
What you’ll be doing
Work in collaboration with Toyota team members and other designated stakeholders to coordinate the execution of the CE model
Assist with the creation and coordination of partner engagement strategies and programs centered around leadership development, mentorship and industry exposure for the post-secondary level, and primary levels with Driving Possibilities
Develop CE course content and manage the effective use and distribution amongst key stakeholders and partners
Develop training strategy and content for effective CE course presentations
Assist with the coordination of key stakeholders within ‘One Toyota’ to facilitate the successful and consistent creation of interview slates
Develop and manage the execution of the TFS intern program experience for the summer interns
Tracking the CE operating budget to provide awareness to TLA leadership on actual spend vs. forecast
Coordinate the execution of partner contracts and payments for CE implementation
Collaborate with key stakeholders to assist with the development and distribution of the required metrics, reports, and communications measuring the implementation and progressive status of the CE strategic plan and program components
Manage our CE talent repository of candidates from our partners and collaborate with business units around the organization regarding interview opportunities
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree or 2 or more years of equivalent/relevant work experience in a similar field or related field
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types and distributed/dispersed teams
2 or more years of experience with content creation and curriculum development
Proficiency with using Microsoft Office applications
2 or more years of experience with data management and analytic skills to perform tasks such as, creating dashboards, managing reports, understanding of learning/development measures of success, and analyzing data to provide recommendations
Added bonus if you have
Experience with educational advancement and/or designing training curriculum
Experience with project management
Toastmaster’s certification
