Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
Join our team as a warehouse worker where you will be responsible for picking and filling orders. This role primarily involves working on the Hub & Spoke side of the business, where you will manage receiving, housing, picking, packing, and shipping products from various locations to distribution centers across the country, with specific support to Mankato, MN, and Corsicana, TX.
Responsibilities
+ Receive, house, pick, pack, and ship products from other locations to distribution centers.
+ Support operations in Mankato, MN and Corsicana, TX.
+ Utilize warehouse distribution skills to ensure efficient stocking and inventory control.
+ Operate forklifts and handle materials effectively.
+ Manage inventory using RF scanners.
+ Perform loading, shipping, and receiving tasks.
+ Maintain warehouse inventory organization.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in warehouse distribution and stocking.
+ Proficiency in picking, packing, and material handling.
+ Ability to operate forklifts and use RF scanners.
+ Strong inventory control skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ Capability to walk for extended periods during shifts.

Work Environment
The warehouse offers multiple shift openings, primarily on the 2nd shift, with hours ranging from Sunday to Thursday. This facility does not require steel-toed shoes; shorts are permitted and high-visibility vests or t-shirts will be provided. The work environment is casual yet focused, with a large team of 315 warehouse personnel and about 35 temps. Shift selection is flexible, and the first day begins at 8 AM with orientation. The location is conveniently placed on U.S Route 14, directly across from the Chevrolet Dealership. Closed-toed shoes are required, and the entry process is straightforward, ensuring a welcoming start to your role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harvard, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
