    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker and be part of an exciting manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in the manufacturing industry. You will work 1st Shift, with the option of 4-10 hour shifts from Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM. You will support various departments throughout the shop, interpret mechanical blueprints, use power and cutting tools, assemble pieces, perform tack welding, insulate panels, and contribute to shop maintenance.

    Responsibilities

    + Cut metal using appropriate tools

    + Assemble mechanical components accurately

    + Measure materials precisely

    + Insulate panels effectively

    + Perform tack welding

    + Build shipping crates

    + Load and unload trucks

    + Assist other departments as required

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in using tape measures for precise measurements

    + Ability to read mechanical blueprints (Is a Plus!)

    + Experience with hand and power tools

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

    + Experience cutting, assembling, or working with metal parts is advantageous

    + Experience operating various hand and power tools

    + Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

    + Team player attitude

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fenton, Missouri.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
