• Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Position Overview
A dynamic and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist is needed to support compliance efforts across domestic and international markets. This role ensures that chemical products meet all applicable regulatory requirements and supports cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
+ Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers to relevant authorities (e.g., EPA, REACH, PMRA)
+ Monitor and interpret global chemical regulations and communicate updates internally
+ Maintain regulatory databases and ensure accurate documentation of product registrations
+ Collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, and legal teams to ensure compliance
+ Support audits and inspections by regulatory agencies
+ Review product labels and safety data sheets (SDS) for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Toxicology, Environmental Science, or a related field
+ 2–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the chemical, agrochemical, or related industry
+ Familiarity with EPA FIFRA, TSCA, GHS, and international regulatory frameworks
+ Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
+ Experience with regulatory software and document management systems is a plus
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
