    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks including ink blending, machine operation, inventory control, quality control tests, and providing press-side technical support. The ideal candidate will follow all safety requirements and handle housekeeping and monthly reporting duties.

    Responsibilities

    + Blend inks accurately and efficiently.

    + Operate machinery to ensure smooth production processes.

    + Control inventory and ensure accurate records.

    + Perform quality control tests to maintain product standards.

    + Provide technical support alongside the press.

    + Adhere to all safety requirements diligently.

    + Maintain housekeeping standards and complete monthly reports.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficient in forklift operation (sit down).

    + Experience in machine operation and inspection.

    + Proficiency in inventory control, shipping and receiving, assembly, and packaging.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test.

    + Excellent customer service skills.

    + Strong written, reading comprehension, and math skills.

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (MS Office) programs and other computer skills.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is in an older building that is organized and somewhat clean. Although it gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter, it provides a stable and structured setting for work.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
