Job Title: Concrete Laborer & Carpenters
Job Description
We are looking for skilled Construction Technicians to join our team immediately for both local and traveling projects. This role involves structural and repair work on commercial construction projects, including tasks such as moving materials onsite, site cleanup, and assisting carpenters and framers.
Responsibilities
+ Perform structural work and repair work on commercial construction projects.
+ Move materials onsite and conduct site cleanup.
+ Assist carpenters and framers with various tasks.
+ Engage in formwork, concrete pours, rebar installation, and framing.
+ Conduct demolition and concrete finishing.
+ Utilize carpentry skills and operate equipment like jackhammers.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ year of commercial construction experience preferred.
+ Experience in farm work, landscaping, concrete work, or other exterior labor environments.
+ Familiarity with larger construction sites.
+ Knowledge of site safety practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in exterior labor environments such as farm work and landscaping.

Work Environment
Candidates will initially work locally and then travel for projects throughout Colorado, with travel periods up to 3 weeks at a time. The company provides a $40 per day per diem and covers lodging costs if the project site is more than 50 miles from the shop. Current projects are located in Denver, Longmont, and Pueblo.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver metro area
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
