    Job Title: Manufacturing Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are looking for a reliable and skilled Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will primarily operate calendar machines to produce film materials, assist in the blending and mixing area, and be cross-trained across multiple functions to enhance production efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and monitor machines to ensure consistent film production.

    + Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.

    + Assist in the blending/mixing area as needed to support production flow.

    + Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    + Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervisors.

    + Participate in cross-training to support various departments as needed.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in manufacturing or machine operation.

    + Ability to learn new processes quickly.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    + Willingness to work various shifts.

    + Good communication and teamwork skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is a spacious, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility where plastic and pharmaceutical packaging, as well as film, are produced. Though there is some noise from machines, it is manageable. Safety is a priority, requiring Personal Protective Equipment such as safety glasses and ear protection.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
