    Tool and Die Maker - Direct Employment- Full Benefits. Will pay up to $45/hr.

    About the Role:

    We’re looking for a **skilled Tool and Die Maker** to craft injection mold dies and perform repairs from start to finish. You'll program, set up, and run **Haas Mills, EDM machines, and CNC equipment using Mastercam** . Each day brings new challenges in a **collaborative, air-conditioned** workspace.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build, repair, and revise molds and related tools

    • Set up and operate toolroom equipment

    • Program and run CNC machines with Mastercam

    • Troubleshoot mold issues and ensure quality repairs

    • Work efficiently within quoted time and material limits

    Qualifications:

    • Trade school graduate in toolmaking/machining tech OR 5+ years of CNC programming & machining experience

    • 4+ years in plastic injection mold making

    • Proficiency in 3-axis CNC mill programming from CAD models

    • Experience with solid modeling & complex 3D programming a plus

    Work Environment:

    • Small, tight-knit company (36 employees)

    • Mon-Thurs, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (30-min unpaid lunch)

    • Overtime may be required

    • Occasional travel to vendors, some heavy lifting

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $87360.00/yr.
