    Job Title: Maintainer Operator

    Job Description

    As a maintainer operator, you will be responsible for maintaining machinery, adjusting speeds according to production needs, and ensuring a steady flow of operations. You will perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing lubes, oils, and toolings to ensure efficiency. Additionally, you will assist supervisors in setting up production for the day. This role requires strong leadership skills and effective communication, as you will collaborate with various departments and make necessary machine adjustments using computer systems.

    Responsibilities

    This role is situated in a food manufacturing environment, primarily cold due to the production of frozen pizzas. The plant maintains a temperature of approximately 40 degrees, although areas like the bakery can be warmer.

    The pay range for this position is $44200.00 - $44200.00/yr.
