    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled multicraft Maintenance Technician for an industrial plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and performing preventative and corrective maintenance while adhering to manufacturing processes. This role involves working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and requires some facility maintenance. The successful applicant will troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical issues on industrial equipment.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.

    + Work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

    + Conduct facility maintenance as needed.

    + Adhere to manufacturing processes and safety protocols.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance in an industrial setting.

    + Proficiency in mechanical and electrical maintenance.

    + Ability to perform root cause analysis.

    + Experience with injection mold presses, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    + Knowledge of PLCs is helpful but not required.

    + Previous industrial maintenance experience is advantageous.

    Work Environment

     

    The plant is a non-climate controlled, smaller facility with a maintenance team of five or fewer members. While the facility is dated, upgrades are being made, although some older equipment may present challenges.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $31.00/hr.
