    AAA Club Alliance is currently seeking a full-time Membership Operations Senior Analyst to join our team here in Wilmington, DE, Cincinnati, OH or Columbus, OH.

     

    *This position is hybrid, which requires on-site and remote work at one of the locations listed above*

    The primary duties of the Membership System Operations Senior Analyst are:

    + Play a key role with the initial set-up and oversee the ongoing maintenance and support of the Club’s web based membership system (both online and offline) to further automate processes that currently require manual intervention or controls. This includes troubleshooting issues and making recommendations to management that impact the Club’s revenue.

    + Maintain and support all testing for membership system initiatives. This includes leading the creation and execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) test plans, initiating the creation of test memberships needed for all testing scenarios, documenting completed test cases, and performing UAT and Checkout testing prior to any membership system production releases (this includes the Membership pages on the website and for the user facing system).

    + Work with Training & Development Department to recommend training needs and curriculum plan to support new system enhancements.

    + Assist in the creation of related Business Requirement documentation that will be utilized as a basis for proposing and ultimately submitting membership system programming changes. Lead special projects related to resolving data errors and any membership system performance issues. Provide recommendations to improve system processes and to ensure member’s information is processed by the membership system in accordance with established guidelines.

    + Responsible for the creation of Market Code and Pricing setup in the membership system to support Acquisition and Retention offers. This includes the ongoing maintenance and monitoring of all system Market Codes and Pricing to ensure accuracy.

    + Lead special projects related to resolving data errors and any membership system performance issues. Provide recommendations to improve system processes and to ensure member’s information is processed by the membership system in accordance with established guidelines.

    + Establish and maintain user accounts, profiles, access privileges, and security. This includes working with Licensing to ensure users have met all requirements.

    + Work with the existing business team in IT to schedule the development of and installation of incident and service requests. Also, act as a subject matter expert to assist ACP clubs to identify potential system issues and triage those items to determine to scope of the issue, determine if it is an issue affecting all user clubs, training concerns and similar concerns. Make recommendations to further improve efficiency of the membership system.

    + Investigate and implement recommended quality assurance processes to ensure the most accurate data for the Membership base.

    + Play a key role in determining the impact of membership related initiatives on Membership Administration’s operations.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required.

    + Must have 5+ years of experience in system testing and administration.

    + Must have 4 years of Membership Business knowledge.

    + Background in data querying a plus (SQL, Crystal Reports, etc.).

    + Exceptional analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

    + Ability to work effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.

    + Comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high quality, accurate work.

    + Ability to identify patterns in data errors to address how/what to fix.

    + Project management experience is a plus.
