Title: Service Coordinator
Description
o Create electronic information for all service and industrial jobs in accounting system and anyother electronic recordkeeping system being utilized by Service and Industrial Departments
o Enter Service/Industrial Department purchase orders into accounting system
o Create and Maintain Service/Industrial Department files and update as necessary. Work withDepartment Managers to convert paper file system to electronic system
o Assist with processing of Service/Industrial department billing and receivables
o Obtain and update all insurance certificates for service/industrial jobs
o Obtain lien waivers from suppliers on required projects
o Organize, verify and provide all electronic time records to Dept Managers for approval
o Process and approve supplier invoices based on POs in accounting system. Work withaccounts payable on any changes/deletes to POs
o Other duties as deemed necessary and appropriate by Service/Industrial Managers or EVP-Administration

• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to fast pace timelines
• High level of comfort working with technology, including but not limited to Microsoft office products,Adobe products, online organizational tools, etc. Ability to quickly learn new technological productslike timekeeping software, accounting software, etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels of office administrative and management professionals
• Ability to work overtime if necessary
• Experience in construction industry, specifically in electronic recordkeeping, and service department administration coordination a plus, but not required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
