Job Title: Project EngineerJob Description
The Project Engineer provides technical support to the construction team, ensuring smooth execution of plans and technical documents. This role involves reviewing project plans, answering queries regarding the project scope or timeline, and monitoring costs and project progress. Additionally, the Project Engineer may contribute to developing cost estimates or schedules. A bachelor's degree and 0-5 years of experience in the field or related area are required, though candidates with technical training or Trade School education are also encouraged to apply.

Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree or Technical Training
+ 1 - 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer
+ Proficiency in Procore, P6, Bluebeam, Cost Management/Timberline, and Excel
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in construction management
+ Understanding of commercial construction practices
+ Document management skills
Work Environment
The work environment involves projects across CO, WY, and surrounding states, focusing on hospitality, senior housing, multi-family, K-12, higher education, and federal government projects. All projects are new construction and unoccupied. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/hr.
