Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

+ 2 years of experience building developer tools (e.g., compilers, automated releases, code design and testing, test automation frameworks).

+ 2 years of software system test engineering experience testing mobile and cloud-connected devices.

+ 1 year of experience developing or launching products or technologies within artificial intelligence or Machine Learning (AI or ML).

Preferred qualifications:

+ Master’s degree in computer science, machine learning and artificial intelligence, data science and engineering or other related technical field.

+ Solid understanding of Bluetooth Classic and LE audio, protocols, pairing processes, and common connectivity issues.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Develop and enhance cutting-edge test infrastructure across Pixel devices.

+ Empower developer and test engineer productivity by contributing to test infrastructure and tooling resources and streamlining testing workflows.

+ Evaluate and implement AI-driven test automation through developing AI-powered tools and utilizing AI-driven analytics to provide valuable insights into software quality and performance.

+ Contribute to software development cycle improvements by advocating for testing best practices, identifying areas of technical improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into all phases of the software development process.
