    A little about the position:

    Job Summary

    The Inventory Management Coordinator is responsible for the performance of a variety of data-entry tasks and maintains a controlled log of material movement to, from and within the warehouse. This role is responsible for the timely and efficient completion of a variety of daily functions related to the needs of the manufacturing floor .

    Some of What You Will Do:

    + Lead with inventory control processes and procedures with operations group to ensure system inventory accuracy. To include cycle counting, scrap accounting/procedures, kitting fulfilment, Kanban maintenance

    + Lead and ensure data input of vendor purchase orders: data entry into system, maintain pricing, vendor confirmations, Open PO Monitoring.

    + Lead annual physical inventory as determined by Corporate, assist Corporate to input and complete physical inventory until satisfied and released.

    + Lead the review of inventory on all identified product lines and complete inter-divisional transfers of goods as required.

    + Run released manufacturing orders, schedule and coordinate with inside departments

    + Generate picking sequences, Transfer transactions and allocations of material to manufacturing orders

    + Work with all Plant departments to ensure maximum success.

    + Review and update location supply listings daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly, or as required

    + Assist with audits as required

     

    What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)

     

    + Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent work experience in manufacturing

    + Intermediate math skills. Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

    + Data entry skill with great attention to detail.

    + Team player, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

    + Ability to work effectively with all levels of associates and management.

    + Adapt to change in the work environment by dealing with frequent changes, delays or events.

    + Intermediate math skills required.

    + Computer and keyboarding skills (Spreadsheets, Database and Word Processing).

    + Lean Mfg., APICS, and other associated certifications are a plus.

    + Must be able to work overtime when necessary.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

    Salary Range: $55,000 - $71,000 commensurate with education and experience.

     

    Bonus: Year End
