We are looking to add a Bistro attendant to our team\! We are looking for an overnight Bistro Attendant to join our team\!

    The ideal candidate will have 1\-year minimum experience in food service, cash handling/POS experience, customer service experience, and the ability to work an overnight shift\. Previous hotel and barista experience is a plus\!

     

    Shifts typically start between 9pm and 10pm for the overnight shifts\.

     

    What will I be doing?

     

    As Bistro Attendant, youwouldbe responsible forgreeting and serving guests beverages and/or food in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. Specifically, you wouldbe responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:

     

    Greet guests and respond to guest requests ina timely,friendlyand efficient manner

     

    Brew, sell,promoteand prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards

     

    Take guest beverage orders and accurately input orders inappropriate point\-of\-salesystem

     

    Maintains cleanliness of work area/outlet

     

    Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point\-of\-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards

     

    Requisition, stock and rotate products

     

    Secure and store all beverages,foodand other equipment items

    Deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys

    The hourly rate is $20\.32 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location\.
