The Sea Logistics ISC Operational Key Account Manager establishes and maintains customer relationships, clarifies and formalizes operational requirements, and increases customer satisfaction through tailored solutions. Internally, you act as a liaison for customer needs, supporting compliance and RFQ processes, and managing customer information and rate cards. Additionally, the role focuses on KPI management, continuous improvement, and facilitating business reviews and ad hoc projects.

How you create impact

+ Establish and maintain customer relationships, including regular contact and serving as an escalation point.

+ Clarify, negotiate, and formalize operational requirements with customers.

+ Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through tailored solutions.

+ Identify and implement cost improvement opportunities.

+ Facilitate new business and act as a subject matter expert on KN services.

+ Serve as a point of contact for SOP and operational compliance matters.

+ Support RFQ processes with data and strategy optimization.

+ Assist in setting up processes for new business gained through RFQs and spot rate requests.

+ Monitor internal compliance and address issues like billing and visibility.

+ Analyze root causes of non-performance and drive operational improvements.

+ Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.

What we would like you to bring

+ Bachelors’ Degree in Logistics, Management, or related function

+ In-depth knowledge of forwarder logistics import and export operations, including systems and processes as related to security protocols

+ Ability to drive customer compliance through effective communication of international trade regulations

+ Experience in dealing with multi-national and multi-business unit organizations

+ Experience in customer relationship management and communications
