    Duties and Responsibilities

    Assist in the coordination of the overall operation and management of the women’s basketball program, including but not limited to:

    + Assists in the recruitment and retention of student-athletes

    + Scouts opponents.

    + Assists in practice planning and game day preparation.

    + Assists with summer camps.

    + Performs other duties as required and/or designated by Head Coach.

    + Works collaboratively with support staff; academics, facilities, marketing etc.

    + Assists with public relations, alumni, and community activities.

    + Comply with NCAA , Atlantic 10 and university policies and regulations

    + Performs other duties as required.

     

    Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

     

    Bachelor’s degree in related field and two-four years of related coaching experience at collegiate level.

    Qualifications

    + Experience working in a culturally diverse environment and experience with college basketball coaching and recruiting.

    + Must have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.

    Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Internet and email applications.
