Senior Director, Product Management – Enterprise Data and Analytics
Summary:
The Senior Director, Product Management – Data and Analytics will define and lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise analytics capabilities for OmniSphere, our next-generation, cloud-native medication management platform. This role offers the opportunity to improve patient care and save lives by transforming how health systems use data to make critical decisions. This individual will own the development and commercialization of AI/ML-powered data products that provide enterprise-wide medication visibility, automate decision-making, and drive system-level optimization across health systems. The role requires a track record of leading large-scale data and analytics product transformations in multi-tenant SaaS environments, with strong commercial and financial acumen. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and analytics across the enterprise medication management platform
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver analytics capabilities spanning procurement optimization, workflow automation, shortage prediction, and system-level efficiency
• Ensure scalability, interoperability, and extensibility of analytics solutions across health systems, integration with third-party platforms
• Translate complex customer needs into clear product requirements and outcomes-based metrics
• Align data monetization strategy with go-to-market planning, pricing, packaging, and long-term customer value realization
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, finance, customer success, and product marketing to align execution with strategic goals and ensure successful go-to-market delivery
• Lead governance of data architecture, quality, and lifecycle management in partnership with engineering, compliance, and operations
• Engage directly with customers, partners, and internal field teams to refine use cases, capture feedback, and accelerate adoption
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years in product management with a focus on data platforms, enterprise analytics, or AI/ML-enabled products
• Proven leadership of data product transformations in multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS environments
• Strong commercial orientation, with experience in monetizing data products and delivering financial value to customers
• Familiarity with modern data architectures (e.g., data lakes, feature stores, real-time analytics pipelines)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and technical complexity
• Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle as it applies to decision automation and recommendation systems
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across technical, clinical, and executive audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ideal candidates will bring a blend of data science expertise and product/business leadership, with a track record of executing data transformations
• Experience with analytics products in healthcare, life sciences, supply chain, or regulated industries
• Exposure to regulatory environments such as HIPAA, GxP, or FDA compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with healthcare data types (e.g., medication administration, EHR integrations, HL7/FHIR standards)
