    What You’ll Do

    + Be the Client’s Go-To Partner: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

    + Spot Opportunities for Growth: Identify ways to enhance client sites and recommend upgrades that align with industry trends and eco-conscious practices.

    + Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with field crews, supervisors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

    + Champion Sustainability: Use your plant expertise and passion for the environment to guide clients toward greener, more responsible landscaping solutions.

    + Drive Results: Meet and exceed goals related to client retention, upselling, and new business development.

    What You Bring

    + Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales support

    + Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    + A proactive mindset with a knack for spotting opportunities

    + Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with ease

    + Experience in the landscaping or environmental services industry

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
