    Are you a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, email-driven environment? Join our Customer Support team and play a vital role in supporting our Account Managers and fleet customers. This is not a high call volume role — instead, it’s a high-impact, high-email, and case resolution position where your communication and research skills will shine.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Serve as the first point of contact for drivers and fleet customers, providing exceptional service and support.

    + Assist with vehicle orders and resolve a wide range of customer issues (e.g., impounded vehicles, service education).

    + Manage and resolve customer cases using Salesforce CRM.

    + Communicate extensively with internal departments via Microsoft Teams and email.

    + Make outbound follow-up calls to customers as needed.

    + Perform data entry and update customer records while multitasking during interactions.

    + Use internal systems to:

    + Create vehicle selectors

    + Process billing changes

    + Generate reports

    + Distribute insurance cards

    + Update driver data

    + Proactively contact drivers via phone or email to gather missing information.

    What You Bring:

    Must-Have Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of office-based customer service experience

    + Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel – basic level)

    + Comfortable navigating multiple systems and monitors

    + Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM – typing test required)

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    Preferred Experience:

    + Familiarity with Salesforce CRM

    + Experience in fleet services or logistics is a plus

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
