We need a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations across a multi-entity, multi-state environment. This role is critical in ensuring accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of payroll systems and workflows.

Top skills:

+ Experience processing multi-state payroll and comprehensive understanding of payroll systems (Oracle HCM and ADP is what they use), compliance, and data analysis.

+ Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll rules and regulations across multiple FEINs and entities.

+ Strong knowledge of FLSA hours and wage regulations (e.g., W-2, 941 forms)

+ High attention to detail for auditing payroll data, validating outputs, and reconciling discrepancies

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
