Key Responsibilities:
+ Assess and validate the readiness of operational and IT teams to support the upgraded commercial lending platform.
+ Ensure training plans are in place, executed, and effective for all impacted user groups, including business operations, IT support, and front-line staff.
+ Identify and track operational risks related to people, process, and technology readiness.
+ Collaborate with change management, training, and business leads to ensure communication plans and training materials are aligned with project milestones.
+ Conduct readiness assessments, gap analyses, and mock cutover exercises to validate preparedness.
+ Support the development of runbooks, support models, and post-go-live stabilization plans.
+ Provide regular reporting on readiness status, risks, and mitigation plans to program leadership.
+ Identification of controls, associated risk, and mitigation design changes through risk assessment and control design activities
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience in operational readiness, change management, or business transformation roles.
+ Experience supporting enterprise system implementations in financial services, ideally involving AFS Level III, AFS Vision, or nCino.
+ Strong understanding of training lifecycle management, including needs assessment, delivery tracking, and effectiveness evaluation.
+ Familiarity with ITIL, incident management, and support model design.
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with organizational change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
+ Bkgrd in risk management or business continuity planning.
+ Familiarity with cutover planning, command center operations, or hypercare support.
+ Certifications such as PMP, Prosci, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
