Join City Wide Franchise as our VP, National Sales Development! We are looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead our national sales strategy and drive exceptional growth. As the VP, you will be at the forefront of identifying new markets, cultivating impactful relationships, and enhancing our national account strategies.
The ideal candidate will not only lead our national sales team but will also play a pivotal role in establishing strategic partnerships and nurturing client relationships. Your insights and expertise will help shape our marketing initiatives while ensuring our teams have the tools to succeed and flourish.
In this role, you will:
+ Develop and implement national sales plans that align with corporate goals and drive revenue growth.
+ Lead the national sales team, fostering an environment of accountability and high performance.
+ Identify and secure new national account opportunities to widen our market reach.
+ Oversee the development of proposals and presentations for new business partnerships.
+ Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your leadership will be instrumental in positioning City Wide Facility Solutions as a premier choice for facility management services.
Requirements
+ At least 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in facility services or a related industry.
+ Proven track record of successful sales leadership with sizeable revenue generation.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
+ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
