Job Title: Security Installer

Salary: $30-35/hour - based on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Security Installer to join the growing team of our client. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of security systems including CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and intercoms for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Install and configure security systems according to specifications and client needs

+ Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades

+ Troubleshoot and repair faulty systems and components

+ Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and local regulations

+ Provide excellent customer service and support during and after installation

+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

+ Must possess a valid DCJS license (Electronic Security Technician certification)

+ Proven experience as a security system installer or similar role

+ Strong knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)

+ Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams

+ Familiarity with tools and equipment used in security installations

+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
