Your Impact:
The mission of the Lone Wolf program is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES) which is a DoD-provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff. The Lone Wolf program boasts a professional workforce comprised of specialists throughout the Information Technology lifecycle and who contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the **Deputy Logistics Manager** include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ In support of an IT service delivery program, manage a team of nearly 30 logistics personnel responsible for all manner of logistics functions to include: warehouse operations, acquisitions, equipment sanitization, distribution, decommission, disposition, supply chain risk management, inventory control, and lifecycle management
+ Serve as the designated subject matter expert for all logistics-related matters and act as the primary liaison for addressing customer inquiries, requests, operational briefs, and mission-specific requirements
+ Coordinate and actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and contribute to comprehensive project schedules, with the objective of supporting cohesive planning efforts and facilitating the smooth and timely execution of project deliverables
+ Engage with both internal and external subject matter experts-such as those specializing in Telecommunications, Secure Communications, Systems and Network Engineering, and Business Management-to facilitate the accurate development of requirements and to ensure that all technical and operational objectives are effectively met
+ Design and implement enhanced operational processes while producing detailed documentation of standard operating procedures to promote consistency, efficiency, and adherence to best practices across functional activities
+ Oversee the organization, analysis, and integration of various records and documentation, including but not limited to inventory logs, material control files, accounting data, and supply chain reports, to support accurate tracking and informed decision-making
+ Prepare and deliver regular updates, performance metrics, detailed briefs, and comprehensive reports as needed to ensure senior leadership remains fully informed of all logistics activities, developments, and operational considerations
+ Develop and implement exception reporting mechanisms along with structured procedures to identify anomalies, conduct thorough root cause analysis, and execute corrective actions to address and resolve underlying issues effectively
+ Contribute to and influence change management strategies throughout all phases of projects and organizational initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement by fostering stakeholder engagement, enhancing adaptability, and supporting the successful implementation of transformational efforts
Requirements:
+ 15+ years of Logistics experience to include warehouse operations, acquisitions, equipment sanitization, distribution, decommission, disposition, supply chain risk management, inventory control, and lifecycle management in a DoD IT environment
+ Must be able to work a 40-hour work week, normally Monday through Friday.
+ Ability to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last-minute requests for overtime if needed.
+ Ability to travel (5-10%) primarily within 75 miles.
+ Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Project, and Visio.
+ Exceptional attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Clearance Required:
+ Must have active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or TS with the ability to acquire SCI
Minimum Education:
+ High School Diploma
Minimum Years of Experience:
+ 15 years of relevant experience
Preferred:
+ ITIL v4 Foundations
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) or several years of Project Management Experience
+ Knowledge of ServiceNow and Maximo

The base salary range for this position is **$160K - $175K** . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
