This is a unique chance to elevate your nursing career with a full-time commitment for 13 weeks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Seasonal RN in our PCU, you'll work with high-acuity patients, tackling complex conditions such as heart failure, arrhythmias, and respiratory issues.
You’ll also play a critical role in post-operative cardiac care, handling heart catheterizations, pacemakers, and more, while gaining experience in advanced respiratory and kidney disease care. Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of prior experience working in a unit that provides care for patients with similar needs.

Seasonal Position Details:
+ Full-time work schedule required for at least a 13-week period
+ 15% premium on base pay (Seasonal Premium)
+ $1,000 bonus at 30 days in position
+ $1,000 bonus at 60 days in position
+ $2,000 completion bonus after the 13-week assignment
+ No health benefits, but eligible for 401(k)
Qualifications:
+ Current Montana RN license or a multi state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. BSN degree preferred.
+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar unit is required
+ Possess knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology and principles of professional nursing practice to administer and evaluate patient care.
+ Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR and/or BLS certification required.

+ Deliver personalized, goal-driven nursing care using your critical thinking and clinical expertise.
+ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high standards of safety and quality for our patients.
+ Educate patients and their families, acting as a key resource and connection between them and the care team.
+ Rapidly respond to changes in patient conditions, working efficiently in a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio, specially designed for high-acuity care.

Schedule:
Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
