    •Here’s what you’ll be doing:

    + Open & close Rental Agreements

    + Inspect vehicles as they leave and return

    + Collect information on any auto claims that arise

    + Filing all documents for the Rental Office & Service Department

    + Answer incoming calls and email leads for rentals

    + Assist service department when needed on calls & customer service

    + Miscellaneous small duties to assist other departments at the dealership when needed

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Here’s what you’ll need:

    + At least 1 year of experience in a dealership service department preferred

    + 1 or more years of previous customer service experience required

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills

    + Positive attitude and high energy

    + High level of customer service and record of customer satisfaction preferred

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
