As the Technical Implementation Specialist, you will provide technical consulting for the implementation of GE Healthcare Digital products. This includes software installations and upgrades as well as site preparation and pre-sales. You'll collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer outcomes and satisfaction. Duties may include installation, integration, configuration or data migration activities. Frequent interaction will be required with customers, third party vendors, and GE Healthcare Digital teams. These responsibilities will be performed in a remote setting with frequent travel to customer sites within the US Northeast region.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
+ Work with Project Manager to maintain ongoing contact with customer throughout installation process including communicating with all individuals involved in the implementation project, both within the company and at the customer site, to ensure completion of project on the documented date.
+ Provide an accurate and timely accounting of all billable and non-billable times as required including technical install documentation checklist completion.
+ Responsible for site readiness, installation, upgrades, site preparation and customer satisfaction, during the installation cycle as well as installation process improvements.
+ Attend and participate in customer meetings which will ensure that all customers tasks are performed on the system needed to complete the installation and achieve a successful go-live.
+ Perform onsite support during system's go-live where designated on contract or when requested to ensure all elements of the system operate in concert with user's expectations.
+ Update and maintain documentation of work performed in the appropriate quality record tool.
+ Perform troubleshooting procedures to identify and resolve problems quickly and with confidence. Escalate to next level of support when necessary.
+ Assist sales and marketing with product demonstrations, RFP's, and technical advice.
+ Assist with knowledge sharing during/after projects for internal and external teams.
Required Qualifications** **:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military education and 3+ years experience in an IT related field; or Associates Degree with 5+ years experience in IT related field; or a High School Diploma/GED and 12+ years experience in IT related field.
+ Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience with large implementations and providing customer satisfaction and quality.
+ Well defined organizational skills and decision making ability.
+ Ability to prioritize multiple assignments/projects while meeting deadlines; Exceptional Multi-task skills.
+ Software experience with one or more of the following: Installation, support, training or healthcare industry knowledge.
+ Experience using TCP/IP networks, communications and associated tools.
+ Experience in VM environment setup and operating system optimization.
+ Experience with Cloud based solutions.
Preferred Qualifications** **:
+ Experience supporting IT projects in a hospital setting.
+ Passion for quality while also demonstrating time management skills.
+ Experience with reporting tools including Crystal Reports.
+ Knowledge of clinical information systems.
+ Experience in database set-up and scripting
+ Multiple platform development / support experience (Windows, IBM-AIX, HP-UX, HACMP, Linux, SunOS).
+ Experience with interface engines including Cloverleaf, Datagate, eGate.
+ DBA Certification (Oracle, Microsoft SQL); HL7 Certification; Cloverleaf (Infor) I/II Certified; MCSE, CCNA certified.
+ Knowledge of Windows Terminal Server and Citrix.
+ Experienced with system architecture including Terminal Servers, Clustering, Networks, and High Availability Systems.
+ Cabling and termination experience.
+ 3+ years working in an RDBMS (database) environment.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $89,856.00-$134,784.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
