Required Education/Experience

+ Associate's Degree and four (4) years of experience in an Information Technology (IT) related field. or

+ Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of experience in an Information Technology (IT) related field.

Relevant Work Experience

+ Knowledge of application support, troubleshooting and debugging, required.

+ Exposure to systems design across one or more platforms and supporting future integrations of these systems, required.

+ Understanding of Waterfall, Agile or other rapid application development methods, required.

+ Experience with technical documentation and communication to IT and business groups, required.

+ Exposure to methods relating to application design, software development, and automated testing, preferred.

+ Experience supporting a large infrastructure of systems, preferred.

+ Experience with SQL or other query tools, Azure DevOps and Python, preferred.

+ Exposure to Grafana and dashboards created by IT, preferred.

+ Has a strong sense of ownership and is not afraid to speak up, preferred.

+ Someone collaborative, curious, empathetic, open-minded, innovative, preferred.

Additional Physical Demands

+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

+ Must be able and willing to work overtime and travel within Company service territory, as needed.

+ Must be flexible with work hours, be on call and respond to emergencies.
