In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. The Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Special Projects Director will:
+ Lead a large facility transformation
+ Be accountable for total program execution from requirements through delivery
+ Provide holistic leadership while promoting a positive culture emphasizing teamwork, inclusiveness, and a fundamental respect for each person s / organizations contributions
+ Make complex and strategic decisions in a fast paced environment
+ Deal effectively with senior program level customers and partners and resolve customer issues of a complex nature
+ Deliver clear and concise executive level presentations and messages to enable the leadership team to quickly assess the health and needs of the project
+ Ensure the achievement of project objectives, budgets, and schedules by analyzing performance measures and taking relevant corrective action, as necessary
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Strong program execution skills
+ Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams across business areas
+ Project Management: Project manager on large, complex projects responsible for all aspects of project objectives (performance, quality, schedule, cost)
+ Problem Solving Ability: Requires advanced conceptual thinking in complex and/or completely new situations
+ Interpersonal Skills: Developed executive communications skills to exchange complex information
+ Leadership Skills: Developing teams, coaching/mentoring future leaders, ensuring a robust talent pipeline and succession plan
+ Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate at a high level with internal and external customers and partners, strong collaboration skills
+ Demonstrated ability as a customer advocate with successful resolution of customer issues
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute an entrepreneurial strategy to shape the strategic direction of a complex program
+ Demonstrated ability to lead large groups of employees and/or teams
+ Demonstrated success leading large Subcontractors to the completion of complex projects
+ Demonstrated leadership in Safety, Code of Conduct/Ethics, Diversity, Security and culture
+ Demonstrated ability to successfully lead an organization through a crisis using change management skills
+ Risk and Opportunity management skills at a portfolio level
+ Broad knowledge of ES businesses and capabilities with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other PLs and businesses
+ Potential to advance to the Product Line Director (PLD) level
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experience leading a large facility project
+ PMP certification
+ Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree with 12 years of industry experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $169630 - $288370
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
