Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for purpose-driven corporate partnerships? UPMC Children’s Hospital Foundation is seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Giving—a front-line fundraiser focused on securing corporate gifts of $15,000 and above.
In this high-impact role, you’ll cultivate and manage a portfolio of corporate prospects, working closely with hospital leadership, board members, and community partners to advance children's health through strategic philanthropic support.
What You’ll Do:
+ Secure and steward corporate gifts of $15K+ Develop and implement tailored donor strategies
+ Engage Pittsburgh-area business leaders and present to C-suite executives
+ Partner with Foundation and hospital leadership to align giving with mission-critical priorities
+ Maintain accurate donor records and ensure top-tier stewardship
What We’re Looking For:
+ Proven success securing $15K+ corporate contributions (preferred)
+ Ability to build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers
+ Comfort presenting to senior-level executives
+ Experience in healthcare philanthropy a plus (preferred)
+ Existing relationships with Pittsburgh-area corporations (preferred)
+ Detail-oriented, collaborative, and mission-driven
This is your chance to make a measurable difference in children's lives—while building meaningful corporate partnerships that fuel innovation and care. The person in this role will work out of the TechMill location, and will work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with flexibility for evening events and donor meetings as needed.
+ Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, sales, business, or related field required.
+ 4-6 years of experience in a non-profit setting preferred; or experience in sales, marketing and communication in the for-profit environment.
+ Experience developing and growing corporate giving and/or corporate sponsorship programs, with a proven track record of growth.
+ A track record of securing major corporate gifts from identification through cultivation and solicitation preferred.
+ Knowledge of Raiser's Edge donor tracking software required. **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:**
