    **Location:** Sanford, FL (Sanford TS)

    **Pay:** $18–$21+/hr. Based on Experience + Overtime!

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, Occasional Saturdays | 50-55 Hours/Week

     

    Are you an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator who takes pride in a job well done? We’re looking for skilled and safety-focused **Transfer Station Equipment Operator** to help us efficiently manage solid waste and keep our city running clean and smoothly!

    • The Job:

    + Operate Heavy Equipment such as Front-End Loaders, Skid Steers, Bulldozers, and Compactors to load, move, and process Municipal Solid Waste.

    + Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

    + Direct traffic within the Transfer Station to ensure a smooth flow of vehicles.

    + Maintain cleanliness and safety across the Transfer Station.

    + Collaborate with Supervisors and Team Members to meet operational goals.

    •** **Requirements:

    + Experience operating Heavy Equipment in a Waste, Construction, or Industrial Environment.

    + Commitment to safety and following operational procedures.

    + Ability to work in outdoor environments and lift/move heavy materials when needed.

    + Team-Oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
