    If you're a hard worker with a great attitude and a clean driving record, this is your chance to **get paid $25.00 per hour while you train** and then transition into a **$27.00 per hour full-time CDL driving role.**

     

    No CDL? No problem. We’ll pay you to get it!

     

    • Here’s How It Works

    + 💵 **$25.00 per hour during your training phase**

    + 🏫 Complete a **weeklong classroom course** , **behind-the-wheel training** , and **road test**

    + 🪪 Earn your **Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement**

    + 🚚 Step into a **full-time Local Driver role at $27.00 per hour**

    • Training Timeline

     

    You can complete the full process and start your driving career in as little as **3 weeks** ! Most individuals can get it within a few months!

     

    • Once You're a CDL Driver, You’ll:

    + Operate a garbage truck safely on local routes

    + Collect solid waste and recyclables from residential and commercial customers

    + Follow route sheets and work independently

    + Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance

    + Provide friendly, professional service to customers

    • What You’ll Need

    + ✅ A **valid Class D license** and ability to obtain a CDL permit within 90 days of start date

    + 🧾 A **clean driving record**

    + 💪 Physically able to lift **50+ lbs** and work in **all weather conditions**

    + 🗣 Strong communication + basic reading/writing skills (English required)

    + 🎓 **High school diploma or GED** preferred

    + 💼 **1+ year of general work experience** (related experience is a plus)
