SAP PTS and EWM Lead

About the job you are considering:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PTS (Problem Tracking System) & SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Lead Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP EWM solutions as part of our S/4HANA transformation. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary EWM subject matter expert, guiding functional consultants and business stakeholders through all project phases including blueprinting, realization, and post-go-live support.

Your Role:

+ Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP EWM solutions, including embedded or decentralized deployments on S/4HANA.

+ Design and configure PTS systems based on best practices and industry standards

+ Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and provide best practice recommendations for warehouse processes.

+ Manage and coordinate EWM-related activities across functional, technical, and business teams.

+ Own the end-to-end delivery of EWM functionality including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, RF integration, and warehouse task management.

+ Oversee the development of functional specifications and work closely with developers on custom enhancements.

+ Mentor and provide guidance to junior EWM consultants and cross-functional teams.

+ Manage testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure quality assurance across deliverables.

+ Act as the point of contact for escalations and issue resolution during design and implementation phases.

+ Support business users during cutover and post-go-live stabilization.

Your skills and experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, or related discipline.

+ 10 year SAP Professional experience

+ Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP EWM, with at least 2 FLC EWM implementations (preferably on S/4HANA).

+ Preferred experience of ATTP integrations with the EWM and PTS Modules

+ Strong leadership and project coordination experience in warehouse/logistics projects.

+ Deep understanding of EWM functionalities: warehouse structure, inbound/outbound processes, resource management, cross-docking, physical inventory, slotting, kitting, RF framework.

+ Experience with integration to SAP MM, SD, and Transportation Management (TM).

+ Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for EWM and EWM Monitor configuration.

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

+ SAP Certifications preferred- EWM on S/4HANA.

+ Experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.

+ Domain knowledge in manufacturing, retail, or logistics industries.
