The Salesforce Data Cloud Solution Architect/Tech Lead will be responsible for orchestrating the comprehensive solution roadmap, implementation strategy, and GO LIVE planning of solutions related to Salesforce Data Cloud. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive the alignment of business objectives with technological advancements while ensuring the smooth execution of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
Your role
+ Solution Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate the strategic roadmap for Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological capabilities.
+ Implementation Strategy: Design and oversee the execution of robust implementation strategies that encompass planning, resource allocation, risk management, and performance optimization.
+ GO LIVE Planning: Lead the comprehensive planning and coordination for GO LIVE events, including timelines, communication plans, training, and change management activities.
+ Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the implementation team, ensuring best practices, code quality, and adherence to architectural standards.
+ Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication regarding project status, deliverables, and expectations.
+ Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce Data Cloud with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
+ Performance Monitoring: Implement and manage monitoring tools to track the performance and reliability of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, identifying and addressing any issues proactively.
+ Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to support the ongoing use and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
Your skills and experience
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
+ Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a focus on Salesforce Data Cloud.
+ Certifications: Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or equivalent certifications.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration technologies like REST/SOAP APIs.
+ Project Management: Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
+ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems, with a proactive and innovative approach.
+ Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
+ Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Attributes:
+ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry’s best practices and emerging trends in Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM technologies.
+ Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
