What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

+ Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, working effectively as a team member and coordinating with others.

+ Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results.

+ Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within the agreed timeframe.

+ Identify and solve moderately routine problems.

+ Complete assignments with moderate supervision using established procedures, referring deviations from standard procedures to the supervisor.

+ Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.

+ Address equipment and process issues, performing necessary operator care, and ensure all tasks are completed safely and in line with established safety policies and regulations.

+ Handle all required documentation, including labels, cleaning forms, room logs, and work orders.

+ Set up and operate industrial cleaning equipment and report equipment malfunctions and process deviations to the Team Lead.

**Here Is What You Need** (Minimum Requirements)

+ High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience

+ Proficiency in all phases of manufacturing operations

+ Ability to learn and use industry-standard software

+ Good interpersonal skills and experience in training others effectively

+ Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking

**Bonus Points If You Have** (Preferred Requirements)

+ Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices

+ Experience in food or dietary supplement manufacturing plant with blending experience

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Adaptability in handling changing work environments and priorities

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Decisions require some judgment. Perform repetitive or routine duties working from detailed instructions and under standard procedures. Requires making minor decisions. Requires frequent lifting or other stressful physical activities. Subject to frequent interruptions of normal routine. Production environment with some disagreeable elements such as noise, dust, fumes, heat, safety hazards, etc.

Work Location Assignment: On Premise

The salary for this position ranges from $18,62 to $31,03 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company's policies.
