Dynatrace, the world’s number one Software Intelligence monitoring platform, provides answers, not just data, about application performance and end-user experience. We’re looking for talented Software Engineers to make our product even better.

Job Description

+ You will build elegant, high-performance UI components in TypeScript, React, and Node.js in a modern, cloud-native environment.

+ You will work within some of the most advanced frontend architecture, including micro frontends and microservices.

+ You’ll help drive the product’s visual and interaction design, collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product managers.

+ You’ll be part of a passionate, collaborative team that values clean code, continuous delivery, and shared ownership

What will help you succeed

+ 5+ years of experience building complex web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript

+ 3+ years of hands-on experience with React

+ Experience with test-driven development, clean code, design patterns, etc.

+ Open-minded attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies

+ Strong ownership mentality and proactivity

+ Good English communication

+ UX/Design affinity and understanding is a big plus as well

Compensation and rewards

We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.

Base salary range — starting from 21.000 PLN gross per month.
