Personalize Tiffany & Co. merchandise through traditional hand-carving techniques utilized by the hand engraver through the use of tempered steel tools.

What You'll Do:

+ Hand Engrave Tiffany & Co. merchandise in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Demonstrate consistent engraving excellence in lettering and design on multiple surfaces (flat, curved, waved, etc.) and metals (silver, gold, platinum etc.); including trophy/component orders. Accurately enter the labor charges for orders serviced using the PKMS system.

+ Maintain department turn-time standards by organizing and timely completing work in ship date order. Communicate all order issues in a timely manner with the administrative staff and promptly address product quality and engraving request concerns.

+ Adapt easily to new responsibilities including the capacity to work independently or in a group environment allowing for the flexing to all areas within distribution and within the hand engraving area.

Required Qualifications:

+ Mastery of all Tiffany & Company lettering and monogram styles.

+ Maintain satisfactory workplace while upholding quality standards on a diver range of product.

+ Ability to work consistently in an independent manner and collaboratively in certain situations.

+ Must possess capability to devise layouts and sketches.

+ Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure, sometimes within a new environment such as a store or other tiffany & co. locations and work increased hours in heavy workload situations.

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Artistic Background.

+ Detail Oriented.

+ Strong organizational skills.

+ High School diploma/equivalent.

+ Ability to work non-standard hours during peak business periods.

+ Travel may be required.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $41 - $56/hr. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
