The **UW MEDICAL CENTER MONTLAKE 5SA CARDIO ICU SURGERY** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Patient Services Specialist.** **WORK SCHEDULE**

+ Part-time Evenings (80% FTE)

+ 3:00pm-11:30pm; Monday- Thursday **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**

+ Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging

+ Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments

+ Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information

+ Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery **QUALIFILICATIONS**

+ High school graduation or equivalent AND

+ One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience **OR**
