Core Responsibilities
+ Build and maintain strong relationships between families and school staff to support student success.
+ Manage all enrollment, re-registration, withdrawal, and transfer requests.
+ Lead the yearly fall registration activity for returning scholars.
+ Lead the records request process for the campus.
+ Conduct student registration meetings and offer interpretation services as needed.
+ Lead campus tours, as well as the student onboarding process, including family communication, meeting coordination, and planning.
+ Serve as the main point of contact for families throughout the onboarding process. Help families complete applications and ensure accurate data for enrollment and retention reporting.
+ Collaborate on school recruitment, enrollment, attendance, and retention efforts by supporting family outreach and engagement.
+ Develop and implement family partnership strategies in coordination with leadership, using family feedback data.
+ Create a welcoming, supportive front-facing presence for all families and school visitors.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date family information in student databases.
+ Facilitate on-campus family programs such as the Family Ambassador Program and parent-teacher groups.
+ Support family engagement events, including orientation nights, parent-teacher conferences, community meetings, and more.
+ Ensure language access for all families by translating materials and documents in their preferred language and coordinating interpretation services.
+ Support interpretation for families as needed in all settings, including IEP meetings (training will be provided).
QUALIFICATIONS
+ An Associate's degree or higher. Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Language skills in Spanish, Karen, and/or Kayah are required
+ 1 to 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office or educational environment, working with students, parents, and the community.
+ Experience in executing complex project logistics with a track record of strong results.
+ Strong attention to detail and desire to provide high-quality service.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
+ Demonstrated success in community building, stakeholder engagement, and culturally competent practices.
+ A proactive and collaborative problem-solver with a positive, service-oriented mindset.
+ Comfortable with technology, including database systems, CRMs and digital communication tools (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
COMPENSATION
Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
