    Hours: Full-Time

    Summary:

    + This Project Coordinator supports the Department in performing the project management, reporting and data collection, administrative support & dissemination duties essential to improving practice performance on quality and productivity for the department.

    Responsibilities:

    + Responsible for reporting, data collection and information distribution on projects integral to sustaining quality improvement (QI) initiatives

    + Manages meeting scheduling, organization and preparation

    + Identifies areas of opportunity and manages efficiencies around communication dissemination

    + Coordinates strategic efforts in collaboration with Primary Care leaders in meeting needs of our population

    + Works with data analyst to maintain and develop monthly reports of key elements needed for the projects and feedback to the practice on progress

    + Coordinate process improvement projects and provide implementation support to management teams

    + Provide project management support for the department

    + Responsible for project coordination associated with the departments value based programs

    + Maintains and monitors communication distribution lists for effective communication strategies

    Education or Equivalent Experience:

    + Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required) OR 5+ years Healthcare or Call center experience (Years of Experience can replace degree)

    + Master of Arts or Science (Preferred)
