    Summary:

    Plays a vital role in the pre-award and non-financial post-award research administration of research grant proposals and contracts with the primary responsibility of assisting research faculty and staff in the development, preparation, and submission of grant and contract proposals.

    Description

    1.Obtains necessary sub-awards documents for proposals and subaward agreements or amendments.

    2. Assists ACRI investigators and staff with development of grant or subaward proposal budget and application documents

    3. Reviews budgets and justifications, which includes proofing for errors and inconsistencies, verifying all financial information to include application of the appropriate facilities and administration rate for the project

    4. Ensures project budgets and other documents are entered and routed in Project Tracking in a timely manner for organization and departmental approvals

    5. Provides support in ACRI's subrecipient monitoring process.

    6. Performs other duties as assigned
