    Dental Assistant (Full-Time) - Float Position

    Menasha Family Dentistry and Dental Designs are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and flexible Dental Assistant to float position between our practices in Menasha and Green Bay, WI.

    What You'll Do:

    + Prepares, sterilizes, disinfects, and maintains dental equipment, instruments, and supplies

    + Collects and records patient health histories and x-rays

    + Ensures patient comfort during dental procedures

    + Completes charting of treatment information in the patients' dental notes from the doctor as directed

    + Assist doctor in management of medical and dental emergencies

    + Delivers postoperative and general oral care instructions to patient

    + Maintains infection control procedures, patient privacy, and professional interactions with patients and staff

    + Assist administrative team with customer service functions

    What We're Looking For:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting Program or dental assistant experience preferred but not required

    + Ability to float between clinical and front office roles as needed

    + Previous customer service or office experience

    + Proficiency or the ability to become proficient within 90 days in dental terminology and dental software for charting, treatment planning, clinical notes, etc.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Foster a positive attitude and be a team player

    Monday 8:00am to 5:00pm

     

    Tuesday 8:00am to 5:00pm

     

    Wednesday 8:00am to 5:00pm

     

    Thursday 7:00am to 3:30pm

     

    Dental Designs - Patient Care Hours

     

    Monday 8:00am to 5:00pm

     

    Tuesday 8:00am to 5:00pm

     

    Wednesday 8:00am to 5:00pm

     

    Thursday 8:00am to 1:00pm
