    What You'll Do

    + Manage complex site assessment and remediation projects from start to finish

    + Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to move projects forward

    + Mentor junior staff and support team development

    + Develop technical strategies, budgets, and high-quality deliverables

    What We're Looking For

    + 5 to 10 years of environmental consulting experience

    + Strong background in environmental site assessment and remediation, including:

    + Phase I/II ESAs

    + Vapor intrusion assessment

    + NC Brownfields and voluntary cleanup programs

    + Experience working with state programs in North and South Carolina

    + Proven project management skills—technical, financial, and team-related

    + A proactive, self-directed approach with a collaborative mindset
