    About the Role

    As a **Test Technician (Full-Time, Consultant - 12 Months)** , you will play a vital role in supporting the testing and qualification of aircraft components. Your work ensures our products meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability.

     

    _This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license._

    What You’ll Do

    + Assemble, disassemble, and perform functional/electrical tests on complex aircraft components

    + Operate test stands, vibratory tables, and thermal chambers

    + Troubleshoot electronic components and document test results

    + Monitor and record data throughout the testing lifecycle

    + Use hand/machine tools, electronic test equipment, and mechanical measuring devices

    + Follow blueprints, schematics, and SAP-based work instructions

    + Comply with quality, safety, and hazardous material procedures

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues and keep processes on track

    + Train others and participate in audits and continuous improvement efforts

     

    Qualifications You’ll Need

    _Required:_

    + **High School Diploma** or equivalent

    + Experience with **test stands** , **vibratory tables** , and **thermal chambers**

    + Strong troubleshooting skills in **electronic component testing**

    + Ability to interpret and follow technical drawings and procedures

    + Proficient in SAP and other computer-based tools

    + Willingness to work **Second Shift (Monday – Friday)**

    _Preferred:_

    + Prior experience in the **aerospace industry**

    + Certification in electronics or mechanical systems

    + Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methods

    **Pay Details:** $28.00 per hour
