    Job Description:

    We are seeking a **Technical Product Manager (TPM)** to join the **Cloud Platform (CP)** team - a unified developer platform built on zero-trust security, automation, and code-first principles. This role bridges engineering, security, operations, and executive teams to ensure alignment, drive adoption of platform tools, and maintain standards. You’ll partner with a deeply technical team, understanding concepts like Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform, CI/CD (e.g., Tekton), and Workload Identity Federation. The platform spans cloud, on-prem, and edge environments, with a foundation in **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** and identity services such as Entra ID. Your focus is to manage priorities, align roadmaps, and streamline communication across stakeholders using Agile practices.

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as a **liaison** between platform engineering and stakeholders (security, compliance, infra, app teams, leadership)

    + Translate technical concepts into **clear roadmaps** and justifications - Manage the **platform roadmap**, backlog, and priorities

    + Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, sprint reviews)

    + Document **use cases, requirements, and goals** for platform features

    + Drive **adoption** of tools like Red Hat Developer Hub (Backstage) and workload scaffolding

    + Coordinate **buy-in** and approvals for platform enhancements

    + Ensure **documentation, onboarding, and internal marketing** are clear and up to date

    + Lead or contribute to demos, reviews, and planning sessions

    Skills Required:

    + Familiarity with **cloud-native infrastructure** (any cloud provider, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, GitOps, identity management)

    + Strong understanding of **Agile methodologies** and experience using **Jira** (or similar tools)

    + Ability to communicate **technical concepts** to both technical and non-technical audiences

    + Experience working with **platform engineering teams** or developer portals

    Skills Preferred:

    + Experience writing user documentation, onboarding guides, or internal wikis

    + Experience managing cross-team collaboration and approvals

    + Understanding of developer experience needs and internal advocacy

    Experience Required:

    + Familiarity with **cloud-native infrastructure** (any cloud provider, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, GitOps, identity management)

    + Experience working with **platform teams** or internal developer platforms

    + Comfortable in **code-centric environments** (e.g., markdown docs, pipelines, GitHub)

    + Experience with **Entra ID**, **GitHub APIs**, **Tekton**, **Red Hat OpenShift**, or hybrid cloud workloads

    + Prior hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, scripting, or API development (e.g., Go, Python, YAML, Terraform)

    Experience Preferred:

    + Experience writing user documentation, onboarding guides, or internal wikis

    + Experience managing cross-team collaboration and approvals

    + Understanding of developer experience needs and internal advocacy

    Education Required:

    + BA or experience
